The BLACK IPA beer style uses an unconventional combination of caramel and colored malts with fragrant aromatic hops. For this beer, we used Crystal 150 malt and carafe special, then spicy Columbus hops together with citrus Citra and fruity Galaxy. The resulting beer is black but still significantly fresh with slightly higher bitterness.
